Agnello 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2012 Hello im new here and new to the faith still baby steps or toddling along wobbling as i go lol, I live in England and have been introduced to the christian faith by my boyfriend he hasnt pushed it on me but i have been inqusitive remembering my school assemblies and the stories from the bible and how much i enjoyed them so my local vicar through work gave me the bible for dummies as i was becoming more interested and i would go to church on my weekends off with the boyf and listen to him play linkin brewster and the like at his church he plays the electric guitar and i listen to and became more interested in the sermons both at his church and mine at work and today at work i felt touched and became emotional if that makes sense i have been to my local church where i live but bless they pounced on me as i was a new face and found that a bit off putting they hadnt done that so much at boyf church but i dont like feeling set upon im finding my journey to be private i only really speak about it with my vicar and boyf but i thought over the internet not as intimidating. I am 33 female obv, divorced unfortunatly would love to be like my parents 35yrs happily married but that hadnt happened for me have no children am unable to bare i appear to be baren much to my dismay at times I havent had the easiest of times and have been through a lot Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Agnello 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2012 Thank you for the kind welcomes am about to delve back into what i affectionatly call the idiots guide to the bible but its the bible for dummies im thinking the next time im at church but not the work one because thats not right I work in a male prison and i just wouldnt want to show that side of me to them Im a prison officer, i will take communion outside of work its a big thing for me, have warned the boyf that i had an epiphany at work. i feel new today still have my little worry wobbles but i feel abit calmer if that makes sense Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
