To change your user image, go to User CP near the top of the page, then find on the left side under 'Your Profile' the link "Change Avatar" Click "Choose File", browse for the image you want, then click Open. Then click the 'Change Avatar' button on the bottom of the page. Keep in mind, if the image is too big, it will make your userpage display really weird.
