Wait, Christian Furs?! *doubletake*

Hello, people. I recently learned about this forum from a friend. I honestly never thought I'd meet another Christian fur, but here you are! Here are some answers to questions from the copy-n-paste format. Nothing here that I haven't put on the net elsewhere, but if you are interested in anything else, just ask. I'm looking forward to meeting people and making friends :)

 

 

About your fursona: "Landrav" is a foxtaur (four legs good, two legs bad! lol), red fox style. He's sort of a projection of myself as well as having traits I would like to have. He's a cadet in the Space Corps in my stories, and in IRC he's kind of a snuggle magnet whether he wants it or not (it's all the fluffy fur!)

 

Age: 24

 

Gender: M

 

Location: Minnesota (you betcha)

 

Web site(s): I frequent the forums at Furtopia.org and post stories to FA under this same name.

 

Artist/Writer: No/Yes ;) More specifically, I love scifi/fantasy and write my own stories on occasion. The furry-related ones are on my FA page. I have participated in NaNoWriMo, but this last year was just too busy with college graduation coming up.

 

Style: Computer geek style??? I have a shirt with Longcat on it...

 

Been to any cons: Hoping for MFF '11 :3

 

Fav. music: the melodious strains of Journey, and anything else with a good beat or vocal harmonies... and some offbeat stuff (which can range from the Raccoons theme to classic rock to Owl City to the Ballad of Bilbo Baggins)

 

Likes: Pineapple, board games, '80s music, and sleeping in

 

Dislikes: Coconut (the texture, not the flavor), football, sad endings, and Steve Carell

 

Church Denomination: Christian & Missionary Alliance

Welcome to Christian furs glad to see another writer *hugs* i'm more of a physicological horror writer though. Hope you have a good time here buddy!

 

Thanks. I generally avoid horror (especially in modern film)' date=' but once in a while I enjoy a good scary story! The suspenseful ones get me the most. I'm also subscribed to the Cthulhu Podcast, since a little Lovecraftian horror is good, too.

Thanks for the welcome. I think I'll like it, too. Right now I'm reading some of the interesting past discussions, but pretty quick here I think I'll jump in myself.

 

Football? Well, maybe I should have just said "sports" in general, just because I'm not interested in participating and I don't like to watch them for their own sake. Watching a game with friends is fun, though. I wouldn't have a party for the "big game," but if a friend wants to hang out it's nice to relax and talk while we keep an eye on the TV.

Hey, nice to meet you! I'm sure you will love it here. I've been here a week and it's a very friendly and helpful community.

 

Oh yeah and LOL "SNO BALLS!? I HATE COCONUT, Not the taste, the consistency!" oddly enough, I watched this movie for the first time last night.
