Most will be hard rockk headbangers either about God or other things. Some might be other kinds of songs. But where is my very first song called 'Dig Me Out.' This song is hard rock. It was really inspired by listening to 3 Pillar albums in one day and it's about just screaming for God when you feel so lost and away from him after sins you can't bear to have on your soul, burying you under all your guilt and grief. Carter CatFox† 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2012 Well, my 5th song is complete. I've finally got some ideas, and this is one of em. It's about something we all got: insecurities. You know that nervous feeling you get in front of crowds? When you're just supposed to have a good time but you're just so nervous, and you end up watching it all fly by? That's what this ones about. Thank you to furries to helping me overcome a lot of those silly nervous feelings and insecurities ! This ones called "The wall of insecurities" please forgive the "what the -bleep!" parts of the song, it just fits the mood of the song and it's the it thing I could think of :3. (the song starts with a typical school scene. Lockers opening and closing, rustling papers, laughing, "AW DUDE!!", things like that, and slowly it fades into the song...) I've already hit my limit There's not even a moment i can stay, And not let it waste away I just need a to take minute to make sure that I'm in it I just wanna know if in still alive, because this nervousness this just might make me die! I'm never sure I'm never there I've just never felt good anywhere I'm too unstable I'm too insecure I just can't stand these feelings anymore How can I feel like nothing on earth could put me down or stop me? How can I break this insecurity? Im tense and I lock up when someone I like will walk up and just try to be friendly to me I can't stand in front of 2 people without that feeling like I gotta hurl Why does this always happen to me? Creative juices have been flooding my brain and I'm very happy with my new lyrics I hope you are too! Any feedback is awesome! This is the first song, called "Hidden". It was inspired by Pillar 's "Dirty little secret" and Rise Against's "Savior". It's about secrets that can't be hidden any longer, and they're gonna come out someday in some way. You bite your lip and start to sweat Because you're trying to leave out all the rest of what you feel and what you ought'a say They look at you with suspicious eyes and you know the truth is on the rise You know cant keeps what's inside so you'd better take the time to decide what you're gonna do When it's all You're hiding the shadow You'll be hiding feelings tomorrow And it's coming out and they'll find out You've flat out lied for so long that you can't seem to hang on To the truth of how you feel And what you wanna say will be forced out of you someday We know what's found in the dark is always true and everyone expects so much more of you Than to hide it all and shy away Don't you wanna reach your goal someday? This one is "Nocturnal" (which will be my bands name with my great fur friend) and its hard to explain I think... But it's like when you're in a conflict you're in some pretty dark days and the day becomes night, and animals that hunt and are active at night are nocturnal. If you are just waiting around in the dark for an opportunity that will never come nothing is going to happen, but if you're nocturnal and willing to fight and make things right you can solve the conflict. Really me and my friend got the name "Nocturnal" because we both stay up really late at night xD. Hey... Hey, wake up... Hey wake up! I said wake up dang it! Wake up! WAKE UP! From bright days to shadows suddenly You don't know where to run or who to be You're stronger without light But you're blinder in the night Just let those nocturnal instincts guide Because the light is what you feel inside Why do you sleep in the middle of darkness? It's message is pretty much running down your dreams in life because you can, and leaving everything else behind. I don't know how I came up with this, but it's a song about making your final stand against something, and preparing for it. Like confronting a conflict involving someone else and you're refusing to go down. It's a real slow, mysterious, VERY different kind of song, like dubstep. If you've heard Linkin Park's song "Robot Boy" you got the basic idea of how this song sounds. Enjoy!
