  1. "Look After You" by The Fray has been in my mind for the last week.
  2. Greetings, Ginga! I hope you enjoy your visit.
  3. I just noticed that YouTube links are embedding videos instead of just creating little patches of blue text. Is this a CF thing or a YouTube thing?
  4. The first verse and chorus of Outkast's "Hey Ya" was bouncing around the vacant space in my cranium during work today.
  5. KEIJIEI offers REMUS a WARM WELCOME. Welcome aboard, winged friend!
  6. That's a pity. I was actually thinking about using it. Oh well; I guess there's always my LJ....
  7. Greetings, Acton! Decided to start hanging out over here, eh?
  8. Actually, NEDM is an internet joke. The song is by Coburn.
  9. I just played a bunch of NEDM clips for my brother. Guess is currently running through my head? >.< It's a good thing I like Coburn.
  10. Yawl. Yoll. Ya'll. Llal. Yeah, there's plenty of ways to misspell y'all. Welcome to the party, Spartan! Would you like a beverage?
  11. When my brain is particularly drained of thought, I tend to start making beats. This might just be my fingers tapping every tin can in a local salvage store or letting the spit fly out in rhythmic geysers. Unfortunately, I'm not that great; not at all. My beat-boxing sessions are usually comprised of me trying to figure out the weirdest pops, khkts, and bhuts I can spew out repeatedly.
  12. I had a daydream about making a rocked-up version of a couple of days ago. Since then, I've been humming that melody all over the place.
  13. Yeah' date=' I kinda wondered if that would confuse you or not. Sorry about that. Hi, Direlda! I don't necessarily have any particular method for coaxing my words together. Sometimes it's weaving, sometimes it's dragging, sometimes it's pleading for diplomacy. I just know that, when the words are jumping like sparks from a Tesla coil, I get this feeling that can only be described as a "writer's high." The OzFoxes are from MO? I thought they were Australian. }8 Hi' date=' Kail! Thanks for convincing me to activate this account. D8{ (Decides not to bring up the feather incident)
  14. Not yet' date=' anyway. }:3[hr']
  15. I actually found the song on a random excursion through YouTube. I never knew it was part of an advertising campaign. Oops' date=' I forgot to mention this one. Enjoy.
  16. (Saluting:) Aye-aye' date=' Kyler. I will do my best. Thank yew; thank yew verrah much.
  17. Hey-lo! So I finally decided to use this account! I’ve been meaning to do stuff with it for quite some time, but never managed to summon the energy to craft an introductory post. Now that I’ve had a good (or, at the very least, decent) night’s sleep, I’m tackling the task of saying hello! As of late, I’ve been using an introductory line that references my cynicism and sciolism; however, it has become a bit hackneyed, so I guess I’ll have to use my imagination to try and be original for once. --removed for privacy's sake-- Obviously, if my major is Writing (and Communications), I enjoy sitting at a graphite loom and weaving words into sentences/paragraphs/chapters/complete texts. It has been a dream of mine since I was little to write fiction for a living. If a reader is capable of passing through my dry prose, cardboard characters, and pitiful attempts at dry wit, he would find that I prefer to present science fiction and fantasy tales with an air of realism. My most time-consuming hobby is music. Besides improvising on any available piano, I also own a microKORG synthesizer and a Wurlitzer 4060 electric organ. Every once in a while, I save one of my better mistakes into FL Studio. My style is obviously molded by the sort of music I listen to; this includes, but is not limited to, Shoegazing, Electronica, Traditional Chinese, Celtic, Punk, New Age, and other stuff. I pretty much listen to anything that isn’t screamo metal or southern gospel. --removed as well-- }:3
