I am feeling so uplifted by God more and more each day as I learn to have my Faith in God and Learn to love and follow Jesus. My heart I feel so uplifted each time I sing to him. When I pray I can feel his love surround me, I can feel the joy. Jesus you have become my best friend and each day I walk closer to you I feel my past growing distant from me and finding it easy to let go of trash in my life. Dear Jesus keep working on my heart as I continue to walk to you. How could I have forgotten about you Jesus?

I have found my missing person and I never want to let that person go again!

This is a song for those Christians who grew up knowing but still yet wandered away like myself. Praise God I have returned.

Just got back from Church God has blessed myself and my family with such a wonderfull new family. I feel happy with them and I want to feel what they feel. I want to feel God close to me I want to hear them call me sister. I want to grow and become a larger part of this family. But most of all I want God I want Jesus I want to feel him every day I want to seek him in the mornings and pray to him about everything. I want to feel the warmth o him surrounding me.

I can feel him wispering and showing me were I need to fix my life. Why have I fought him this long it seems silly now. Praise God that he never gives up on any one. I just needed to share my emotions.

We must do the works of Him who set Me while it is day. Night is coming when no one can work. John 9:4 HCSB

The words of John 9:4 remind us that "night is coming" for all of us. But until then, God gives us each day and fills it to the brim with possibilities. The day is presented to us fresh and clean at midnight, free of charge, but we must beware: Today is a non-renewable resource - once it's gone, it;s gone forever. Our responsibility, of course, is to this day in the service of God's will and in accordance with his commandments.

Today is a priceless gift that has been given to you by God Don't waste it. Don't stand on the sidelines as life's parade passes you by. Instead, search for the hidden possibilities that God has placed along your path. This day is a one of a kind treasure that can be put to good use ... or not. Your challenge is to use this day joyfully and productively. And while you're at it, encourage others to do like wise. After all, night is coming when no one can work.

This is the day the lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it Psalm 118:24 HCSB

From the "A heart of Gratitude" it is today's Devotion

Good morning today I am using a new devotional book and using the lessons of the day out of it and placing a song with them to inspire us each day as we face new challenges.

Beyond Worry

Don't worry about anything, but in everything, though prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God

Philippians 4:6 HCSB

If you are like most, it is simply a fact of life: from time to time, you worry. You worry about health about finances, about safety, about relationships, about family, and about countless other challenges of life, some great and some small. Where is the best place to take your worries? Take them to God. Take your troubles to Him, and your fears, and your sorrows.

Barbara Jonson correctly observed, "Worry is the senseless process of cluttering up tomorrow's opportunities with leftover problems from today." so if you'd like to make the most out of this day (and every one hereafter), turn your worries over to a Power greater than yourself... and spend your valuable time and energy solving the problems you can fix.. while trusting God to do the rest.

Give your worries to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will never let good people down

Psalm 55:22 NCV

Praying for Spiritual Growth

Rjoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer

Romans 12:12 HCSB

On his second missionary journey, Paul started a small church in Thessalonica. A short time later, he penned a letter that was intended to encourage the new believers at that church. Today, almost 2,000 years later, 1 Thessalonians remains a powerful, practical guide for Christian living.

In his letter, Paul advised members of the new church to "pray without ceasing." His advice applies to Christians of every generation. When we consult God on an hourly basis, we avail ourselves of his wisdom, His strength, and, His love. As Corrie ten Boom observed, "Any concern that is too small to be turned into a prayer is too small to be made into a burden."

Today, intead of turning things over in your mind, turn them over to God in prayer. Instead of worrying about your next decision, ask God to lead the way. Don't limit your prayers to meals or bedtime. Become a person of constant prayer. God is listening, and He wants to hear from you. Now.

Therefore, let everyone who is goldly pray to you

Psalm 32:6 NASB

Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks: For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 KJV

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Mark 11:25 NKJV

I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears

Psalm 34:4 KJV
