DECTS† 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 Robin - I'm pretty sure they're spiked animal-like lifeforms built exclusively for battle, consisting of various "elements", controlling fire and water. They are designed to contrast in the most obvious ways possible. Not much else to say, I don't think. That is, of course, just from my personal findings and lack of research.
