HuskyDog† 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2011 Well, my journal here says it all: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2494234/ I make electronic dance music (mainly trance) and am officially launching my "career" in promoting it within the furry community. I currently have only one track up so far but I have a few others in the works right now. I will be releasing CDs in the future. Please take a listen and let me know what you think, and spread it around if you feel so inclined. Thanks!
HuskyDog† 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2011 So I posted another track. (Actually, redid it, but forgot to update you guys here when I posted it... sorry!) It's called "Anthro". Named as such because I started writing it one boring night in the hotel at Anthrocon this past year. Turned out to be pretty good, I think. Here's the link to it on FurAffinity: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6428533 But, if you can, please vote for it on SoundClick as well! fackel† 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2011 Just out of curiosity, what synths do you use?
HuskyDog† 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2011 Just out of curiosity' date=' what synths do you use? [/quote'] I'm making heavy use of Sytrus and Sawer, both by Image-Line.
fackel† 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2011 Oh, yeah; Sytrus. I didn't buy the full version of FL, so I only used 3x OSC out of their default stuff. It sounds like Sytrus is working pretty well for you, though.
HuskyDog† 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2011 Nothing wrong with 3xosc. I used it primarily for a while. If you know how to use it right, it can create a lot of different sounds. Deadmau5 agrees with me, too (check image-line's interview with him on their "power users" section on their site).
fackel† 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2011 Well, I've since moved on to Synth1, which is a pretty impressive piece of freeware. You should check it out if you haven't already!
