Ok so the dlc starts off when you get a radio transmission (like all the others) and it leads you to a location called the north passage, you meet a caravan heading for Zion national park and new canaan (it takes place in Utah) a cutscene starts where it explains that Joshua Graham (the burned man) is still alive and is settled in Zion national park. Your caravan is ambushed by white leg tribals and you are then taken to Joshua graham who is the leader of a tribe called the dead horses by a tribal named follows chalk, and that's how far I am in the game so far.
