Nice!

I give you props for your hard drive speed. Mine is a little slower. But then I'm only using SSD-hybrid drives, not full SSD drives. I wanted 1 TB for cheap though. :)

Your setup rivals mine. :)

Hehe, case looks kinda like mine; I'll try and get a photo later (I'm also on an older 6-core).

I'm curious what your plans are for the 3D monitors? (3D I've seen demoed just gives me migranes, which I'm already prone to, so it's never an option for me.)

The case is a Thermaltake Element G. :)

I use it for gaming and movies. That monitor does the 3D picture really well. It also doesn't give me headaches. I only have 2 3D movies though. Lion King and Tron: Legacy. I'm very choosy. :)

Hmm

I was getting those kinds of hard drive ratings when I was using just a single purely magnetic drive

I guess that's just the difference between Seagate and Westerndigital ;)

Regular drives can get a good speed if they have a high rpm. I've used western digital drives that were low rpm and didn't get that fast of a rating (around 4, iirc).

For some reason everything els was undamamged. I only spent like $60 on replacement parts to get it running again but Ive lost alof of space and gpu power ¬_¬

Motherboard: Asrock P67 Performance (which I would not recommend, most of the features of this board didn't work from day one, not even the onboard audio)

GPU: Radeon HD 6570 (1GB of DDR3 memory)

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw series 4GB

CPU: Intel Core i3 @3.1GHz

Power supply: Not completely sure but it's about 700w.

No special optical drives or case or anything else really.

HP-Pavilion p7-1030 Desktop PC

Intel Core i3-2100

1TB hard-drive

Windows 7

It's not the best gaming PC but it still runs games pretty well and was really inexpensive.
