And the earth shook, and the rocks were split.—For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God.—By this the Holy Spirit indicates that the way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing. “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.” “No one comes to the Father except through me.”—For through him we . . . have access in one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.—Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh . . . —We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
