Post-o-Matic 3.16† 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2009 Morning “Fear not, for I have redeemed you.” “Fear not, for you will not be ashamed; be not confounded, for you will not be disgraced; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and the reproach of your widowhood you will remember no more. For your Maker is your husband, the LORD of hosts is his name; and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer.”—I have blotted out your transgressions like a cloud and your sins like mist; return to me, for I have redeemed you.—But with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. “Their Redeemer is strong; the LORD of hosts is his name. He will surely plead their cause.”—“My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.” Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to deliver us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Isa. 43:1; Isa. 54:4, 5; Isa. 44:22; 1 Pet. 1:19; Jer. 50:34; John 10:29; Gal. 1:3-5 (Read full verses...) Evening I will recount the steadfast love of the LORD, the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD has granted us. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure.—The Son of God . . . loved me and gave himself for me.—He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?—But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Who has also put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.—Who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory. But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
