This was inspired last night. I won't do a daily prayer like the Bible Reading, but occasionally to make this forum come alive will I do prayers that can indeed be prayed. You don't gotta say this or close your eyes or clasp your hands. But if you're broken too, pray to the One who mends. 
 
God, I cannot do this alone. I hurt, so badly. I really need You, because I've made a mess of things and don't know how to fix them. Can they even be fixed?
 
Please, God, what do I do? I'm crying out to You now just as the Bible says, but what now? I just want to cry and breakdown. I want to sleep and not wake. 
 
Do you even hear me? You say You do, but do I hear You anymore? I don't know.... You seem so far away and... I just need you now.... Please, Lord....
 
I know You love me, and You know I love you even when I'm angry and feeling hurt, but.... I just... I don't know, God. You say You want me, but why?
 
Why do you even care about me? Look what I've done. Look what I've thrown away. Look at how far I've run and how I always push You away. Look!
 
I didn't listen. I did as I wanted and got myself here, but now I can't get myself back. Is this where I'm stuck to die? Or is this like they say: It's where I begin.
 
What do You want me to do? I am pretty sure my friends hate me, my family doesn't want me, and everyone will leave me because I'm so messed up.
 
I'm trying not to breakdown, God. I need strength. I need encouragement. I need love. I.... I need You and want You back but don't wanna run again.
 
Will you take me back, God? You say You always forgive, but can You forgive me? Can You still use me for good? You actually still.... love... me?
 
I love You, God. I want to be okay, now. I want to stop messing things up and finally get it right. Can you fix these broken pieces and make beauty?
 
I trust You, Lord. But will You trust me now? Can You... please... answer....
 
 

Today's Bible Reading talks about our sinful parts of life and was inspired by discussion today with another member here.
Now, it is not talking about actually cutting off your hand, but that would be easier than cutting off some parts of your life-- the parts you think you can hide, the parts that are sin and control you. Parts that interfere with your spiritual life and lead you not to God and His desires for you, but away and toward your own desires.
 
"If your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better to lose one part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into Hell."
 
Matthew chapter 5, verse 30.
 
The verse above lead me to think about priorities. If something in your life comes before God, either put God first or get rid of that which comes before the One who created you and all good things. You cannot serve two masters, and God Himself admits that He is a jealous God. 
 
Matthew chapter 6, verse 33 says, 
 
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness...."

A drawing of Cobalt in the fur, to get a good idea on what I look like. Digitally edited by a good friend of mine to make the eyes pop out perfectly. He did an amazing job and made it look way better with that simple little edit.

I love doing cars. this was a concept i based off the 1971 Brubaker Box/Automecca Sports Van:
includes 4-wheel steering, full four wheel drive from electric motors front and rear, and its basically designed to be the smallest, sportiest, most efficient, and most fun van possible.

a wildly different concept, the Cerberus: 
this car is basically designed to be less of a car and more of an extension of your body. drew it out of a dream i had. sorry for the poor paper- i drew it on the back of a Nickelodeon Hotel map. didn't have anything with me then.

Ok Camowolf this for you.

So start with a core or a strip to attack everything to. Then make tiny strips that don't stick to anything and tape one side down place pen or what ever on strip then make it as tight as possible around this object and tape it down on other side. Try to get the tape under the object for maximum hold.

I mentioned it in another thread but I used to use PocketIRC on Windows Mobile, and it was fantastic. I've yet to find an equivalent on Android or iOS that was as easy and stable.

I agree that traditional marriage should definitely be stood up for and honored, but... that doesn't quite sound like the point with what you're proposing, Eagle. What it sounds like to me is an angry homophobic lashing-out.
 
I was extremely homophobic and uncomfortable about the LGBT community at your age (that was 10 years ago). I saw them as a people group that made absolutely no sense to me. Then I made friends with someone who came to struggle -intensely- with their sexuality. I saw into his mind, into a world where who and what you love was no longer black and white. And my heart hurt for him badly, and by extension, for the LGBT community at large.
 
The furry fandom is home to many, many, MANY people who struggle with who they are and who/what they love. Some accept sin into their life, others battle it vigorously. We're here to love people through that, no matter where they're at. We're here to give people a place to admit where they are safely and without condemnation, because that place doesn't exist for a great many people and it's desperately needed.
 
Sin is sin, bottom line. I'm not denying that indulging in deviant sexualities outside of marriage is sin, but I am affirming that those people need the love of Jesus just as bad as anyone else does. I would take time to consider this. You may deny it now, but you may find yourself one day hurting and conflicted about your sexuality too. Everyone has to go through that at some point. And more than anything, pray for those people. Pray that God would work in your heart about how to approach them lovingly.

I love experiencing different cultures and music has always been one of my absolute favorite things, so I rather enjoyed that song. I probably would have been more interested had it not been Indian, that's not a culture I particularly care for. Not being racist or anything, just their's doesn't interest me as much as others would.
 

Honestly not a fan at all of contemporary Christian music.  I do like the folksy/bluegrass elements to it, but it's just not my cup of tea.  Then again, my music isn't most peoples' cup of tea, either.

My favorite band has to be Twenty One Pilots. Have Christian band members and God used their poetic lyrics to save me from committing suicide. I hold the utmost respect for them and there isn't a single song I don't like.

I think this would be dangerously inflammatory. I also think that it would get shot down (figuratively) pretty quickly.
